| Choosing your Veil |
|
The veil you choose will be mostly decided by your choice of dress. If you have a very detailed dress or heavily beaded, then the general rule is to choose a simple veil to accent your dress rather than take away from it, conversely, if your dress is a simple design, you may opt for a very embellished veil. Other design factors to consider are the veil length in relation to your dress.
For example, if you have an off the shoulder dress, you may wish to add a shoulder length veil to enhance this area. If your gown has a hem detail, then your veil will end above the hemline, or below if your veil is the detail you would like to accentuate. The cut and style are usually personal preference, but the amount of layers you decide on must also be carefully considered. If your dress is a full tulle skirt for example, you may want to avoid a four tier veil which will just add extra width to you and may make it hard to see the dress from the rear. We use high quality American Bridal Illusion or tulle. Standard colours include white and ivory; however, we can also do custom colours. For this option, you will need to forward us a fabric swatch. Feel free to contact us further regarding this option.
Our veils come in 1 Tier, 2 Tier or 3 Tier standard cut veils, circular, diamond cut, and square cut. Choose from the following lengths (please note lengths stated are taken from the longest layer): 80 cm (waist), 115 cm (fingertip), 180 cm (floor), 230 cm (chapel) and 280 (cathedral). Other lengths are available, just email your request. All veils are attached with combs unless otherwise requested. |

| Privacy Policy |
| The Veil House will not under any circumstances disclose your personal detail to any third party. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and used only to supply your order and is then destroyed. |

| Credit card details are collected via secure site (SSL) and encrypted for your safety. We do not store any credit card details or personal information. Once your payment and order has been processed, your credit card details are destroyed. |

| Postage/Delivery Policy |
|
A $10.00AU postage and packaging charge is payable upon checkout. Veils will be sent by normal mail unless otherwise requested. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery after cleared payment has been received. (N.B. most delivery times range between 2-6 working days)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another email to let you know your order has been sent. The Veil House cannot be held responsible for non delivery once the item has been sent. |
| Refund/Return Policy |
|
All our veils are made to the highest standards of workmanship and are meticulously checked before being sent. As they are made to order, your veil should not be less than perfect upon receipt, however, if you do experience any issues, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the veil to discuss the options.
In the event the veil needs to be returned, the cost of the postage is your responsibility. If the veil is indeed found to be flawed, a replacement will be sent to you and your postage refunded. We do not refund custom orders, or if you simply change your mind on the style, cut or colour, fabric, or length you have chosen. |
